Report a Concern (need to login via O365)

If you encounter any issues or have concerns, please use the "Report a Concern" feature to notify the appropriate authorities.

Student Ambassadors

Become a Student Ambassador to actively contribute to the school community!

Student Usernames and Passwords

Your unique username is composed of your first name, last name, and date of birth. The school email is structured as [email protected].

Password Requirements and Tips

- Passwords must be a minimum of 8 characters.

- Avoid using common words like "archway," your username, or your first and last names.

- Consider using a passphrase for better security.

    - Example: "Kitten31TuesdaySunshine:)Chocolate"

- Check password strength on [Security.org](https://www.security.org/how-secure-is-my-password/) for suggestions.

- Regularly check passwords on [Have I Been Pwned](https://haveibeenpwned.com/Passwords) for security.

Printing

Ensure proper printing protocols are followed.

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

From year 8 onwards, enroll your school login in MFA for enhanced account security.

1. Set up MFA the first time you log in to Microsoft 365 services.

2. Download Microsoft Authenticator from Google Play or Apple App Store.

3. Follow on-screen instructions for app setup and linking to your account.

4. For assistance, contact IT services.

Login using your school email ([email protected]).

Troubleshoot login issues with these steps:

1. Click "Sign in with Office 365."

2. Enter school email and password.

3. For home logins, use second-factor authentication for year 8 and above.

Edulink

As students, click the "Microsoft" button below the login form and provide school email and password.

GCSEPod

Linked to Office 365, use "Sign in with Office 365" button and school email/password.

Sparx Maths

Linked to Office 365, log in using "Log in to Sparx using Microsoft" button with school email/password.

MyON/Accelerated Reader

Use school username for both platforms; passwords provided by the teacher.

Foldr/Home Access

Login using school username and password. Access H drive, T drive, and OneDrive.

Kerboodle

Use school username or email. Optionally, use "Sign in with Microsoft" button.

SAM Learning

Leave Centre ID blank. Use school email as the username.

Memrise

Login with school email and self-chosen password. Do not use third-party logins.

Emailing a Teacher

1. Login to Microsoft 365 and go to Outlook.

2. Create a new message and click on "To."

3. Select "All Users" on the left and search for your teacher's name.

4. For safeguarding concerns, email [email protected].
